Salary:
  • Salary is competitive with other non-profit higher education institutions and commensurate with qualifications, experience,  internal equity considerations and is subject to the availability of funding sources.   
  • Placement on the lecturer salary scale will be determined by prior experience and education.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Saint Mary’s College invites applications for a part-time Lecturer positions in a number of disciplines for the Kalmanoviz School of Education for the period of fall 2008 – spring 2009 in the areas of: 
  • Graduate Counseling
  • Educational Leadership (Administration)
  • Early Childhood Education
  • Multiple Subject
  • Montessori Education
  • Single Subject
  • Special Education
  • General Education
  • Reading Leadership
  • Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL Program)
  • Teaching responsibilities will consist of one or more graduate courses in related educational fields. 
  • The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the mission of the College, which is informed, animated and expressed through its Catholic, Lasallian and Liberal Arts traditions.

Qualifications:
  • Candidates should hold a Master’s degree along with a demonstrated record of teaching excellence at the graduate level. 
  • A PhD or other terminal degree in a related field is highly desirable, along with an active program of scholarship and research.
