| Salary: - Salary is commensurate with other non-profit higher education institutions and commensurate with qualifications, experience, internal equity considerations and subject to available funding sources.

| Position Responsibilities: - Saint Mary’s College invites applications for a full-time tenure track Assistant or Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Leadership, beginning fall 2010 (earlier appointments may be possible).
- The work is collegial in a highly collaborative and culturally diverse campus environment.
- Effectively communicate with a diverse community of faculty, staff, students, alumni and donors.
- The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the mission of the College, which is informed, animated and expressed through its Catholic, Lasallian and Liberal Arts traditions.
- Teach graduate courses in management (Organizational Behavior and Leadership) required for the MBA and Executive MBA Programs.
- Teaching assignments may also include undergraduate courses.
- Teaching assignments include courses at off-site locations in San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Sacramento.
- Faculty contractual responsibilities reflect a full course load of six (6) courses each academic year.
- Faculty are expected to post and hold a reasonable number of office hours to accommodate the schedules of students and advisees, to attend departmental and committee meetings, general Academic Senate meetings, Commencements, and other special convocations or events, serve on School and College committees, perform instruction substitution for faculty colleagues and participate in student recruiting events.
- Faculty are expected to engage in scholarly and research activities in Organizational Behavior and Leadership.
- Faculty are also expected to regularly participate in two (2) core Liberal Arts programs, the Collegiate Seminar and the January Term.

| Qualifications: - Candidates must have an earned doctorate in Organizational Behavior and Leadership or a closely related field and a solid research experience in Organizational Behavior and Leadership.
- Candidates must demonstrate teaching excellence, scholarly research and publication in the field; ability to teach, advise and mentor a culturally and educationally diverse student body; appreciation of and deep respect for the learning/teaching environment and for the students, staff, and faculty who comprise it and the willingness to become a stakeholder in the Lasallian commitment to that environment; demonstrated commitment and success working in diverse, multicultural communities, preferably in higher education settings.
- To be considered for tenure the candidate must demonstrate satisfactory performance in the areas of teaching, research, scholarship, and service to the College, the department, the profession, and the community.
